Indeed

Six rhythms, one shoot day - a web series held together, not simplified.

The Case

A mini-series for Indeed with rap duo Célo & Abdï, shot at Eintracht Frankfurt’s stadium: football phrases turned into spontaneous dialogue. The press covered it. The fans made it theirs.

The Script

Scripted for orientation, not control: real player quotes built into scenes - engineered to protect the natural flow of two rappers who don’t read lines.

The Window

International stars, no time: Mario Götze had 45 minutes - not 46. The production was built around windows like this.

The Unit

A lean, agile unit shooting documentary-style with cinematic standards: fast enough for the windows, precise enough for the brand.

The Fans

Célo & Abdï aren’t cast as Eintracht fans. They are Eintracht fans. That’s why it worked.

The Trio

With Ingrid - Indeed’s icon - right in the middle. Three worlds, one frame.

The Echo

The metric that can’t be bought: organic community buzz. „Beste Collabo.“ The content didn’t feel like advertising - the comments prove it.

Heading

The Challenge

Six stakeholders, six rhythms. Célo & Abdï need room for their own flow - they don’t read lines. Mario Götze has 45 minutes - not 46. Timothy Chandler has his own pace. Ingrid is Ingrid. Eintracht Frankfurt protects its stadium and its players. And Indeed takes a real risk - humor doesn’t translate on command. The standard production reflex is to simplify: cut scope, flatten voices, control everything. But simplifying would have killed exactly what made the idea good.

The Orchestration

Our job wasn’t to simplify it. Our job was to hold it - and lead from that understanding toward the shoot day, and into post.

So the architecture protected every rhythm instead of overriding it. Scripts written for orientation, not control: real player quotes built into scenes, leaving Célo & Abdï’s natural flow untouched. A lean, agile unit shooting documentary-style with cinematic standards — built around the time windows of Bundesliga professionals instead of pretending they don’t exist.

What aligned everyone wasn’t process pressure - it was one shared goal: make something that simply entertains, without embarrassment. For people who listen to Célo & Abdï, people with an Indeed profile, people looking for a job, people who love Eintracht Frankfurt.

Solved as one integrated team: production, client, agency (Serviceplan Culture), testimonials and partner - honest, respectful, at eye level. That’s when it works.

The Output

From a Friday-night call to a finished shoot in one week - one shoot day at Eintracht Frankfurt’s stadium, with Célo & Abdï, Ingrid, Mario Götze and Timothy Chandler in front of the camera. A web series the press wrote about - and the community adopted: organic buzz, fans quoting lines back, „Beste Collabo“ in the comments. Content that didn’t feel like advertising - because nothing about how it was made was flattened.
