ING - Creator Activation

A bank as a Späti, a character as the interface - and compliance decided in the room, not in the loops.

The Plan

Two shoot days, planned to the minute: character scenes, photo and creator-generated assets in integrated blocks - one schedule, one world, every asset type in its slot.

The Setup

Engineered for authenticity: a calm set, small mobile rigs, one fixed light setup. Creators move freely - never watched, always captured.

The Characters

Cast first, script second: every scene written around the creator’s real character - their outfit, their spot, their key prop. Native storytelling, planned like production.

The Späti

Manny’s Kiosk, fully built: shootable 360°, lit throughout, zero lighting rebuilds. The set as infrastructure - the system holds while everyone moves.

The Flow

A mobile unit inside a fixed world: handheld, close, reactive - cinema discipline at social speed.

The Room

Client, agency and Legal & Compliance in one review session, marking usable takes live. Every compliance decision made once - zero loops in post.

The Echo

“So young kann Money” - live on ING’s channels days after the shoot. The community played along, ING’s own replies included.

The Challenge

ING launches the Direkt-Depot Young - an investment product for Gen Z. Finance content has a structural enemy: the compliance loop. Every claim needs legal sign-off, every cut another round - in the classic process, weeks pass between shoot and go-live, and whatever felt native going in comes out sounding like a disclaimer. Gen Z spots that instantly. The task: content that feels like the creators made it themselves - inside one of the most regulated industries there is.

The Orchestration

The narrative architecture came first: a Späti as the bank you actually like walking into - and Manny behind the counter, a name that sounds like “Money”: the interface that makes trading feel easy, with an honest answer for every situation. Cast first, script second - every scene written around the creator’s real character, the way young people actually deal with money.

Then the physical architecture: Manny’s Kiosk, fully built - shootable 360°, lit throughout, no lighting rebuilds. Small mobile rigs and a calm set, so creators and camera could move freely while the system held. Video, photo and creator-generated assets in integrated blocks - one world, native per channel, two shoot days planned to the minute.

And the decisive move: Legal & Compliance sat in the review room. Watching the material with the legal lens on first viewing, marking live which lines can run and which can’t. Every compliance decision made once - so post started immediately, and ran without a single loop.

The Output

Live on ING’s channels days after the shoot: episodes, performance ads, stills and creator-generated assets - out of two shoot days in one built world. “So young kann Money” landed the way it was written: native. The community played along - ING’s own replies included. And the number that matters most in a regulated industry: zero loops in post.
